These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between jl799 (hereinafter "jl799", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses or uses any service, product, feature, or content offered through the website located at jl799.org (hereinafter "the Platform", "the Site").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, placing a wager, redeeming a bonus, or otherwise engaging with any feature of jl799, you (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other supplementary rules or game-specific conditions published on the Platform from time to time.

To register an account on jl799 and access gaming services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. jl799 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gaming in the Philippines. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, wagering, or participating in any jl799 activity.
• You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming services is lawful at the time of use.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as a representative, agent, or proxy for any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of jl799 or any affiliated entity, game provider, or technology partner.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from jl799 or any PAGCOR-regulated platform pursuant to a self-exclusion or cooling-off arrangement that remains in effect.
• You must not have an existing jl799 account. The opening of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and active email address. jl799 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at registration at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, or driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office).

Your jl799 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your jl799 account.
• All activities, wagers, deposits, and transactions that occur through your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Ensuring that no unauthorized person gains access to or uses your account.
• Promptly notifying jl799 via the contact details listed in Clause 15 if you have reason to believe that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorized access has occurred.

jl799 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out above. You acknowledge that jl799 may rely on any instruction or transaction submitted through your account as being authorized by you unless you have reported a security breach in accordance with the procedure above.

jl799 accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), UnionBank of the Philippines, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC-20/ERC-20). Additional payment methods may be made available at jl799's discretion and will be published on the Platform when introduced.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method as specified on the Platform deposit page at the time of transaction.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• jl799 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network may apply their own transaction charges independent of jl799.
• Deposits made to jl799 are credited to your PHP-denominated account wallet. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of processing.
• jl799 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits above threshold amounts in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations under Republic Act No. 9160 as amended.

All funds deposited into your jl799 account are held exclusively for gaming purposes on the Platform. jl799 does not pay interest on deposited funds. Deposited funds may not be transferred between accounts.

You may request withdrawal of available cleared funds (i.e., real money balance excluding uncleared bonus balances) subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed to jl799's satisfaction before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method. The current minimums are published on the Platform withdrawal page.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified alternative method in your own name.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals submitted during business hours are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PHT).
• jl799 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests above specified thresholds or where unusual account activity has been identified.
• Withdrawal requests may be placed on administrative hold pending fraud review, AML screening, or bonus wagering requirement verification. jl799 will communicate the reason for any such hold within a reasonable timeframe.

jl799 offers various promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, free spins, and loyalty program rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published in connection with each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed the registration process and satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2.
• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible account unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and carry wagering requirements that must be completed before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements and eligible game contributions vary by offer.
• jl799 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Where jl799 determines that a player has abused the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using software-assisted strategies specifically designed to generate low-risk bonus extraction, or coordinating with other players for arbitrage — jl799 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings.
• The maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings is subject to the cap specified in each individual offer's terms, unless no cap is stated.

All bets and wagers placed on jl799 are subject to the following general rules, as well as any game-specific rules published on the relevant game page:

• A bet is considered accepted only when jl799's system confirms acceptance and a reference number is generated. Bets not confirmed by the system due to technical failure are not valid and any funds apparently deducted will be returned to the account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market as displayed within each game or sportsbook interface.
• jl799 reserves the right to cancel or void any bet or wager where: (a) a manifest error has been made in the setting of odds or game parameters; (b) there is evidence of manipulation, match-fixing, or corrupt conduct related to the underlying event; (c) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.
• For sports betting, jl799 relies on official results declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, jl799's interpretation of the official result shall be final.
• For live dealer games, the decision of the dealer and/or pit supervisor as reviewed by jl799's technical team shall be final in the event of any dispute.
• All game outcomes for RNG-based games (slots, crash, bingo, fishing) are determined by certified Random Number Generator software independently audited for fairness. jl799 does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl799 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an account while under the age of 21, or providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether in the same name or different identities.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their explicit authorization.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner that circumvents normal human gameplay.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping in poker variants, or coordinated manipulation of any game outcome.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160) or the Terrorism Financing Prevention and Suppression Act (Republic Act No. 10168).
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are invalid and will be forfeited.
• Engaging in any fraudulent payment activity, including initiating chargebacks for deposits that were legitimately used for gaming.

jl799 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered jl799 players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any Platform content without prior written consent from jl799.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology forming part of the Platform.
• Use the jl799 brand name, logo, or trade marks in any context without express written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or digital environment.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl799 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profit, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, delay, or suspension of the Platform arising from circumstances beyond jl799's reasonable control, including network outages, third-party infrastructure failures, natural disasters, government orders, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials as required under Clause 3.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Platform, howsoever caused.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jl799 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any game contained therein.

jl799 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations, as administered by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

By registering a jl799 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in jl799's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key aspects of jl799's data practices include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used for account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention purposes.
• Transaction data is retained in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering Act record-keeping requirements.
• jl799 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, and deletion of your personal data held by jl799, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

jl799 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jl799 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered players by email or in-platform notification prior to the effective date of the amendment.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure available through jl799's customer support.

The date of last review shown in the page header reflects the most recent version currently in effect. jl799 recommends that players review the Terms periodically to remain informed of their rights and obligations.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations.

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the jl799 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. jl799's customer support team is the first point of contact for all platform-related complaints.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's established player complaint mechanisms, or to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction within the Philippines.

jl799 aims to acknowledge all support inquiries within twenty-four (24) hours and to resolve routine matters within five (5) business days. Complex matters requiring regulatory consultation or enhanced due diligence may take longer. jl799 will communicate expected resolution timelines for any matter that requires extended review.
