Specifically, jl799 ensures that any cross-border transfer of personal data is subject to one or more of the following safeguards:

The jl799 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or above in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gaming in the Philippines. jl799 does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21.

If jl799 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21 without the verification process having identified the individual's true age, jl799 will promptly delete such data and close the associated account. Parents or guardians who believe a minor may have accessed the Platform should contact jl799 immediately at the contact details in Clause 15.

jl799 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or jl799's data processing practices. The "Effective Date" shown in the page header reflects the most recent version currently in effect. Your continued use of the jl799 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
